		<description>Trespassing on a public beach?  You should ask him under what law he intends on going about that with.  Trespass at Night would require that you be &quot;lurking&quot; on private property at night...nope, not that one.  Assault by Trespass would mean that he&#039;d ask you to leave property for which he is legally authorized to ask you to leave from (A public beach?  Maybe with some kind of court order or you can have a field day with your Charter of Rights) upon which if you resisted, he could then attempt to physically escort you from the property where if you resist further he can then get you with assault by trespass.  Other than that, I&#039;m not aware of any law by which he can charge you with trespassing, let alone on property that you&#039;re as entitled to remove him from as he is you, so long as you&#039;re not breaking the law. ;)</description>
