New Yoga Outfit – a thing of beauty
Today was my day off. I was about to head to English Bay, but the clouds were coming in.
Instead I did another class of HOT Yoga.
I was all suited up in my neon Lulu shorts I received last summer for dancing infront of their store. Once class started I got all excited and wiggled my booty until the sensei said, “Andy, seddle down.”
Part way through the class I had another apiffany. I was trying to figure out why today’s class was so easy. I started looking around and just realizing the awesomeness in everything. How all these people are spending their time together working their best in a crazy hot room. Plus I was the only guy and Yoga chicks have extra beauty
Once you realize how sweet everything is you get this internal energy and you stop feeling the fatigue. The more you think about fatigue the more fatigued you get.
Stay TIGHT, BRIGHT & beautiful ![]()

Yoga – Life Message
Today was my first time doing Yoga in over a month. The class reminded me of a very important message; nothing comes easy.
I went into the class with my head high catching eyes with all the regulars I hadn’t seen for a while. I was stoked to get back at it. THEN; less then halfway through the class, my mind started panicing. I was struggling with everything. I wanted to quit.
This is when the most important thought soared through my mind. “life isn’t easy“.
After class I felt so empowered that I decided I’m going for a 2nd class.
This goes for EVERYTHING in life. You need to try your best and fight!
(the fight to not be lazy, etc..)
If you do this all the time not only will your body adapt, but you will get better and better. Most our lives aren’t just handed to us, work hard for anything and you will be rewarded!
Oh and keep it TIGHT & BRIGHT, ![]()

Dancing on the Steetz w/ Protection
First day back in Vancouver and I couldn’t help but do some dancing downtown. The Security Guard and I teamed up to go out dancing and try and promote our Doritos video. We mostly did the dancing:
Spandy does USA
My parents are snowbirds. They have a condo in Tucson, Arizona where many western Canadian’s hide from the cold north. They invited me and my brother down for a family vacation. While I was down here I couldn’t help, but DANCE!

Last weekend while I was here the University of Arizona was having a book fair to promote literacy. They were expecting crowds of around 50,000. I borrowed my moms car and headed down to promote smiles!

It didn’t take long before the sherif removed me, but everyone was so supportive. I only performed to about 3 songs and they had already filled my hat with 1 dollar bills. Once I was told to stop I stuck around to watch the LinleyLopez Circus. They were hired to do several shows during the festival. The show really inspired me. These guys are paid good money to put on a fairly simple show. I learned how I NEED more filler!!
During the rest of the week I decided to just dance on street corners. The sun was out and I wanted to tan so I decided to go Spandex free. The reactions here were hilarious. SO many young guys would finger me. It was so funny cause all I was doing was dancing to music in my head phones; I didn’t even have my boombox with me. Of course every time someone fingered me I would thrust in there direction.
I see why so many people are afraid to be themselves. You have to remember that these people are fingering you because they are insecure or something in there life makes them feel like this is the best way to handle the situation. It really has nothing to do with you. I definitely want to save up some money and do a world tour!! So many people to shock and amaze.
Stay BRIGHT,
SpandyAndy
