troy-sidebarI decided to try a personal trainer for the first time and couldn’t believe how great of an experience it was.

I met Troy while serving at the Mongolie Grill. He told me how he was a trainer and he could advance me to the next level. At the time I thought I knew everything about fitness training, but after my first session I realized the huge benefits.

By having Troy guide me through everything I was able to get a way deeper workout. He always has an eye on your posture and form. When ever you get fatigued by the exercise, your body automatically starts adjusting to try and make it easier. This is where having Troy became a huge advantage.

Another great thing is the fitness tests he puts you through to set a bench mark and see your improvements. He keeps track of your levels of fitness and adjusts all the machines to suit your strength. Even in the middle of a set he may make an adjustment for the TIGHTEST results.

I didn’t wear my spandex, but that is because you have to be ready to sweat!! :-P

Troy does private sessions or if your schedule works, you could join me or bring a friend.
I’m currently going twice a week; Tuesdays and Fridays at 2:30pm.
