Tsmoke, LP, Giack, SpankyFranky and I all got together to work on SpandyCise – SpandyAndy’s workout that will keep you TIGHT and BRIGHT.

At the end of practice we filmed a quick little instructional video on how to dance during Spandy’s performance at the SpandyAndy Dance Party. (Oct. 1st @ Tonic)
