Now that I’m dancing up Grouse Grind I’m becoming the spirit of the mountain.
My spirit is known to give off extra bursts of energy.

Everybody on the Grind has a common goal; get to the top. Yet this trail has every walk of life. From Athletes to Tourists to Students; you can even expect to be caught on camera.

It’s all about enjoying the great outdoors, pushing our bodies, and of course DANCING
